Chengdu Haichang Polar Ocean Park, the first ocean park in southwestern China, covers an area of about 70,000 sqm. In addition to displaying area for polar bears, walruses, sea lions, penguins, sharks, and the performances of whales and dolphins, there are also an artificial wave pool, a seal cove, a number of interactive and recreational facilities for children, and a four-dimensional movie theater.
